Dr. Sean Crowell

School of Meteorology

Dr. Crowell received his PhD from the Department of Mathematics, University of Oklahoma, in 2011. Focus of his work since 2007 has been on the applications of mathematical techniques to problems in meteorology and atmospheric sciences. He promotes the interaction between mathematicians and meteorologists through his blog at His Science Café organization is a vehicle of sharing scientific results with public in Norman, Oklahoma.
