Recent Ph.D. Graduate Xu Lu Wins Provost’s Dissertation Prize
Dr. Xu Lu, who graduated with his Ph.D. in Meteorology in December 2019, has been awarded the University of Oklahoma Provost’s Dissertation Prize!
