Mentoring Mindset:
I believe that most successful people (in any field) can point to moments when others have generously served as formal or informal mentors, at least temporarily, by way of listening, empathizing and caring. To me, mentoring is the balance between empowering mentees to independently seek solutions to life’s challenges and providing experience-based feedback on the solutions they are considering.
