OU Meteorology Students Took Home 1st Place, 3rd Place, and Two Awards of Excellence.
Every year, the Broadcast Education Association receives thousands of entries to present an excellence award. This year, out of 1,900 entries from 300 schools, thirty-five students and three faculty members from The University of Oklahoma received one of these honors. Within these thirty-five honorees; 4 OU Meteorology Students who are part of OU Nightly took 1st Place, 3rd Place and Two Awards of Excellence in the Television Weathercaster division.
