School of Meteorology Professor Elinor Martin Publishes New Study

School of Meteorology Assistant Professor Elinor Martin has released a new study in which she predicts severe drought and long-lasting rainfall events to worsen in the future. Dr. Martin’s new article was published online in Geophysical Research Letters. The National Science Foundation supported her research, which considered how frequent, intense, and long-lasting these types of events will be, according to a press release from the University of Oklahoma’s office of research.
